I send this message into eternity, infinity
for it is said loudly that the end of the world is here
I am not afraid of death, extinction, eternal night
as once, I stood at the gates of Heaven
but they did not open, unfurl for me
it was not time . . . until now
O, I will miss the sunrises and sunsets
walks in forests lush, rippling waters
and lovely birds singing in the tangled trees
crunching leaves beneath my feet
all these things . . .
All my memories will be gone
all the pictures in my mind never to be viewed
and the mightiest buildings will fall
walls will crumble into decay
the streets empty of humanity, cars rusty shells
and our existence will be erased
and Earth will just disappear . . .
I do not regret a moment
for even the saddest experience is part of living
and perhaps I will find Heaven
this life is about to be extinct
and I do not fear its end
for there is a great peacefulness
waiting beyond this realm . . .
I send this message into eternity, infinity
for it is said loudly, that the end of the world is here
the extinction of mankind
