Death Cannot Kill, What Cannot Die
Death cannot kill what cannot die,
though winds can float what cannot fly,
love like great oceans never dry,
faith has a force, don't ask God why.
Truth has a tongue, that cannot lie;
Death cannot kill what cannot die,
what cloud can steal the ageless sky,
who yet unborn can life deny?
It flows in me, o how could I
deny this bond that makes me cry.
Death cannot kill what cannot die,
in storms the waves don't say goodbye.
When twilight dies, daylight says hi,
seasons and times walks in to spy,
sages knows not, they only try,
Death cannot kill what cannot die.
