Couples Courtesy
Couples should never be judged
By others holding a bad grudge
Blindly turning backs on those
Who are in love and really close
Just because they are not
The same as other couples are
Like a man and woman--girl or boy
They just want to live live in joy
Being happy and secure
With the one that they adore
Without all the points and stares
They are getting everywhere
By the ignorance and hate
Praying that it's not too late
To be accepted for the way
They were born and want to stay
A life that they are creating
With a love that has been waiting
For two arms that hold them tight
Showing that there is a light
Shining down to point a way
Towards a road where they will stay
Content and free upon an earth
Accepting them for all their worth
Making haters see their wrong
Realizing all along
It doesn't matter who they love
Every angel from above
Was meant to find somebody who
Can care for them a lifetime through
