Busy Mouths

Must you always use your lips? Wont you ever restrain your mouth? Now and then you let it flow, Even though it wants to mellow, You never let it low. Therefore putting others and you in a mess And you say,"nevertheless, It's my nature". Then your nature puts you Into torture, Before you know it, Your tenure is ruined by the Nature of your very lips....

Disciplining the mouth is a real challenge and u have describe the feat very well in your poetry here... easy to say 'its my nature' as a solace of sorts but its just a cop out for some people who ignore their shortcomings.. great piece .. I like the honesty of it.. Charles..

This had me chuckling because the busy mouths can cause utter destruction. On the second line it should be won't instead of wont. Phyl
