'build Bridges - Don'T Burn Them'

When moving up in the world Ensure that you build bridges Don’t burn them Your actions might serve their sole purpose today But someday you might need Someone’s assistance that’s below you Don’t let them forget your good of yesterday Just for your success today None of us can make it on our own ©144810042015

Oh my goodness. Well my dear you are 100% accurate about this lovely statement. A bridge is made of love and that same love connects us all to every blessing in site. Love is the rope that must tie our souls to, then we become connected, like a warm spring. Ain't God good? Yes, He is...all the time, yes each and every blessing. Amen. We are the vessels and we are the stewards. God the father is our Shepherd. Our role is to serve Him and obey His will. Lord give me my portion. firefly747

Hi, Wilma, what a thoughtful poem! Especially liked your last line. A 7. I try and build bridges of Christ's love in my poems and encourage others to walk across that bridge to their salvation by accepting Jesus as their savior. Thanks for visiting my poem. "His All seeing Eye".~~~Darlene

We should never forget those who helped us along the way by keeping the paths open... A wise message you send in these lines. Very nicely done, Wilma!

Good advice. My suggestion is to pull people up with you and they will prevent you from falling.

And the person that will help us has to have something to pass the river. A bridge is always good for that :D Good advice!
