Blooms In the Garden- Vision
The dismal morning seemed to sigh
As sonorous thunder heralded the dawn
Surreal was the sky
That the rains had spawned
All the gardens were abloom
Except for one beset with weeds
It was a garden full of gloom
It's just tender loving care it needs
Hummingbirds didn't visit the garden anymore
In other corridors they now flew
But it was dazzling once before
Where gorgeous roses grew
Murmurous was the sound
When the thunder did recede
I decided to make this garden rebound
And give it the care it needed
I tended to the garden and gave it beauty again
Beautiful was that garden when the summer came
The lady who lived there thanked me
But I found it quite arcane
For she had died some years before
And yet she knew my name
