Another Day, Hope Returns
Another Day, Hope Returns
Another day,
sparrows still fly
death visits and we ask not why
Another night,
moon still glows
death visits, why nobody knows
Another morn,
sun still shines
death visits, clings like vines
Another fate,
shadows still flee
death visits, just not for me
Another life,
tomorrow brings
hope returns, heart now sings!

Note:
Blues sent a message, wake up..
I put down my empty coffee cup..
Flung the saucer out the back door..
that your worst, give me more..
Laughter slid across the lawn..
light then lit this great new dawn..
