And If I Only Could, I'D Dare You To Stand
Walk into the fields of life
Free of worry, free of strife
If I only could declare a truce, have
God's promise and heavenly sluice
Slide down and drink a cup of water
From a fountain of youth, yet fodder
For a soul so deemed unworthy
Not here, but be heaven trustworthy
Dig deep within the well of the soul
The answer is within you and I, hidden knolls
Of knowledge and power even at disasters hour
Turn the page of this book and scour to
Make a deal with God and heed
The answer calling, no need or greed
Listen well my child, for heaven calls
Upon us all to stand up, defend the walls
Of freedom, freedom makes its last stand
Truth makes it's last stand here, HEAR!
