Avoiding the Path To Sadness

Avoiding the path to sadness See the path that never ends... familiar ways just like a friend winding slowly through ancient memories... pausing briefly to disturb my ease and inner peace... that was dwelling in my mind... takes it's time walking the path... to sadness All my past troubles they appear... kill my hope fill me with fear Never ending feelings of despair... my pleasant dreams they vanish in the air and my illusions... were supplanted by dark night... shading my light... spurring me on... the path to sadness And through my haze I came to see... God's love was waiting there for me He reached out to me and took my hand... helped me face my fears and understand... that all my sorrows... will all vanish with my faith... love conquers pain... un-paves the path to sadness. Now I walk a path of light... without darkness without fright knowing that my God is there for me vanquishing my cares anxieties and my life... has been blessed with Godly hope... that helps me cope Avoid the pain upon the path... to sadness. Thanks Richard, it kind of took a turn, I started writing something else, and this came out. Kind of interesting how the process works sometimes.
