What I Want--Only You

Maa.... Trying to find Light in life, walking on sharp knife, darkness everywhere is seen.. Seeing families, moving in valleys, I'm lost in the field green Crying of fear, nobody's near, hugging my teddy Screaming of grief, nobody providing relief, I'm thrown already! And keep on asking..Where are you?? Paa.. Searching for you, What should I do, I can only cry On morning, I'm waiting, you ain't there to say HY! Left me alone, where have you gone, I can only mourn Found you everywhere, here and there, since I'm born BUT..WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?? Parents.. You taught me to live, to believe and to do well But Didn't tell how to live without you, to believe without you, I'm Living in HELL ! Fighting every moment, like life is on rent, Just ''YOU'' this lil girl wants!! I want..I wish..I desire..You..Only You My Parents! But...I Don't see You..Where Are you??? ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I've written it for a girl I know whose parents are both dead..I feel for her very very much..My she get the Best in both the worlds,Ameen.. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Poetess : Saba, Pakistan Date : May 29,2014 10.58 AM

That is an amazing poem, so soft, yet you let her strength show through. Well penned. I love the rented life line, a gem within a gem.
