A River Thought

A River Thought A walk down by the river to settle a worrisome thought crazy , mixed up mind battles far too many fought The river's passing with its soothing smooth flowing sound brings images of angels dancing to the trumpted sound Rage not against fate's dark hand nor its unyielding wall pray for abundant life, pray for gentle mercies, pray for us all.... Oh, my dear friend, how beautiful your introspection is in this expressive and meaningful poem. I love the pensive tone and the natural and spiritual imagery of this reflective poetic gem, Robert. Shining poetry! Warmest wishes always, my wonderful friend.. ~Susan

I can't speak for others, but there's something about the flow of water that's so relaxing. I enjoyed reading this short piece Robert, James..

Thank you my friend, please forgive me this very late reply to your comment. I have memory loss problems and often I forget to reply to comments made to even my own poems...
