In a botanical sense, there is no such thing as a weed--just a plant that someone doesn't want there. Some weeds are rather pretty. Nice write. Thanks for commenting on Gone With The Wind.

I love it! So much beauty to be found in imperfection. My favorite flower is a dandelion, which people persist in calling a weed. It is carefree and tenacious and vibrant and it holds the color of a smiling sun.

Yes, there are some very beautiful weeds. I have read that calla lilies, the beautiful wedding flower, is actually a weed...and how about Queen Anne's lace? Like this Anne-Lise
