The Night of Salvation

There is something funny going on. Every light in the house has mysteriously blown. Here I am with no flashlight to see. Goodness gracious what could this be. The winds outside have grown mighty strong. Kind of spooky, I hope this night doesn’t last too long. A tree from out of nowhere just fell by my door. It scared me so bad I fell to the floor. Why I wonder what’s happening I don’t understand. Did we just go to war with some foreign land? What is that light so brilliantly bright? It looks like our Savior on a horse so majestically white. And I fall to my knees and pray for those that are lost. Do they realize what they’ve given up, do they know the cost? This story right now is not really true. But what if it was, what would you do? My poetry is a gift my God gave to me. And I try my best to use it, to bring Him more people He can set free. We are all born as sinners but He gives us a choice. That is why my eyes are on heaven, and my ears beckon His voice. We must pray for those that have simply lost their way. Pray that they find Jesus, and pray it’s today. Never say never, no matter how bad they may seem. I would not be talking to you today, had someone not had a dream. Share your love for the Lord with everyone that you meet. Tell them they all will face Jesus someday, on His Judgement Seat. Thank you for reading these words that I write. And for those that don’t know Jesus, I pray that you might. All Glory to God!
