That about sums it all up. Grief IS exactly as you describe. There's no more to say except that recovery is long and difficult--that's another subject. I knew someone who was married many times--a lot more than most. When recently married for the 5th time and asked about his status, he said he was "between divorces". You have a wonderful holiday. Thank-you for this gem!
