The Real World
It is the world that I may choose
confounding loss, embracing truth
along the ever widening path.
It opens there, revealing more of miracle
in every dawn along the way.
What could be missed?
Where in the world might it go?
Each experience becomes a part of us;
it is who we are.
For adventure, fantasy is fine,
but it is in the now where love is,
where the hope shines through.
Just a ray or two will be enough
to lead us.
It is time.
The way ahead is clear.
Come journey with me.
A given is the consciousness
that we will take along
into forever.
