Gentle Breeze

Sitting in my garden looking at the majestic willow dancing in the soft breeze. Swaying with the wing chimes, hanging in the eves. The shadows of sunlight ripple across the roof tops, Makes an image in the visual scene. A bird lights on one streamer and gets a gentle ride, on the graceful willow In this peaceful garden of mine Copyright 2008 Anne Rutherford Poems From The Heart Series

Very beautiful poem Anne, I believe (hope) this is a weeping willow, I (in a way) grew up beneath the huge branches of a weeping willow, we called it Indene, and played in it day and night (until we moved)
