The fabric of our lives, Undone, dirty, and deprived, A loose finger, a wandering eye, Leave them on the table. Look, but don’t pry. Send somersaults through the air. Watch the world scatter. You’re a witness. You’re a cause. You keep climbing, climbing the ladder.
