A New Day Coming The faces of men reflect the days in which we live they only see the world as it is in the physical realm full of violence, sickness, men scrambling to become the most powerful and richest, and a world spinning fast and faster and seemingly out of control. But, there is still One who is Omnipotent and All Knowing and Who still sits on His throne in peace. We look at men trying to control their own lives and destiny and rejecting the very One Who has created both men and the world they want so desperately to own and govern. Oddly enough, when man was created, he had a prime directive: to subdue the world and to rule over, it the stars and the animal kingdom but, not by himself for, we needed the hand of God upon us to be successful at this and all jobs. So the Heavenly Father has had to step back and allow His man, a man most miserable, to foolishly attempt to do this task alone. All we have to do is to look to see where man has brought a once beautiful and perfect creation. The air once clean and fit to breathe is now causing lung diseases. Waters so pure you were able to drink right from the source is now polluted and the fish and the fouls of the air die because of the poisons and pollutants found in them. Still man rejects the One Who is able to heal both the air that we need to breathe and the water that we need to drink. Turn your attention to the world's military tactics as the Bible states there will be wars and rumors of war on planet Earth. Nation rising against nation was prophesied by the Lord Jesus Christ before His crucifixion. One people trying to cleanse the earth of another race. A world gone mad with power and greed. A world close to completely destroying itself. This has caught our Creator’s attention and He is closely monitoring every move and one day, this Precious Savior will return to extract His people from a sin-filled, violent society taking us to our Heavenly home. Then shortly, He will return to earth and His people with Him conquering over the enemy of this world and binding him in chains for a thousand years. This day, He will become Ruler and Governor over this earth, His creation, and will set it at peace. The lion will lay down with the lamb, and the wild beasts of the field will play with little children and there will be no attackers, no armies as all of the militaries will beat their swords into plow shares, because the Prince of Peace is here at last! What a Wonderful Day that will be!!! Even so, Come Lord Jesus! Written by: Marilyn S. Jennings January 17, 1995
