Apology Have done things am not proud of, Most time my last statement is 'had I known' I would have done it right But how would I ever have that experience I seek to have if I don't make mistakes. I hold peace, love and harmony I bless you so you can care for me when the time comes Am always here to fight your course But why make me regret I know I did wrong Just a little more of good would have made you proud of me Am not perfect...... But perfection is all I seek You seek perfection while I seek love You want more and I provide They wonder why I make you this rich I place you higher above other nations I make them wish they are you I gave you resources that your 10th generations will benefit from But all that, I can't make account for. Am sorry, All I did was trust with all you bless me with I share with them but they have ulterior motives, Taking all you bless me with You trust...... Never minding if they trust you You are to be blame if I ever stop caring for you I need you now more than ever, My world is crumbling, Am weak and poor.... No, you are rich You can never be poor All you need do is look around you Things you look down on are things you will need to care for me in the future. The future..... What does it hold? Will I still be here? Can I still make u proud of me? Oh..... You are like d prodigal child I will always welcome you back with open arms I will entrust all my possessions to you Never minding how you take care of them. Do I deserve to be loved this much? What have I done to be bless by a land I have disappointed in many ways? You have done nothing worth deserving You have always proven worthless You have disappointed me in many ways Even I myself wonder why you still hold a place in my heart. Please forgive me.... I wish I know better But now am ready to make things right But how do I make you proud of me? Hold on to the future It's more brighter than the past What is the future? Who is he? How does he look? Where is he? When will it come to me? The children.... Care for them and I will always be here to bless you. They are the future. written by chika
