Soul Consciousness Is your soul conscious at this time? Yes, and please allow me to explain? Prior to the breath of God that breathed into man, there was no human consciousness on earth. God breathed into the nostrils of the human form that he had created. When He did so, not before, the physical body became a ‘living soul’. Thus the mechanism was in place from which other souls would come. God made a ‘special being’ into which He chose to breathe His spirit. Such being was intricately made and uniquely different from animal life. God chose that mankind would rule over animals and all others beings. Will your soul be conscious after you have left the earth? Yes. And here’s my understanding why. Once the Life of God was put into man, though the physical structure Would eventually succumb to death, the consciousness of the human Soul was programmed to live on. After death, the conscious soul, housing the real person, goes to ‘A God Appointed Place’ for His appointed purposes. There, the soul waits until God’s Appointed Time for the final resolution of things such as judgments and accountability. After death, will you have to enter again in another earth life, and why? No. There is cause to believe that there is one body for every soul. After the soul departs the physical body, it is not a disembodied spirit floating through the atmosphere or universe in search of a new body to inhabit. Intelligent Design or The God of Order is much smarter than that. If souls could ‘embody at will’, there would be no order, but rather, disorder and chaos. All creatures are created after ‘their kind’ and cannot reenter ‘another kind’. What has nature to teach us in regards to the soul? I believe that all of nature teaches us about God, and if it could speak, nature would say, “We have been programmed by God and ordered to serve all of life and to declare God’s glory. Unlike human kind, we do not possess a will of our own, but gladly respond to the will of our creator”. Gen 2:7; Psalm 19:1. 05102016 PS Contest, Soul Consciousness by Catie Lindsey
