Poem
It was a one of typical Midsummer Day afternoon. There was not even a piece of cloud in the sky or even a little breeze on the tree branches, but only burning sunlight pouring through the thickened green leaves of the treetops. When I passed through the shaded path between big trees, I saw a man sat under the glaring sunlight on the grass and staring at something above. He wore beaten heavy winter coat. He even wore a long and wide scarf around the neck and kept black fur winter hat on the top of his head, too. I was surprised at the man’s outfit and his strange behavior because he was sitting under burning sun with all those heavy clothing. Moreover, he didn’t move and just stared something that I couldn’t see. My curiosity rose, I went back to the shade, lay on the big tree trunk, sat there, and watched the man. Although he was only few steps away from me he didn’t notice my being there. Some time passed. The man finally moved. He stood by his feet, shook his head, looked up at the sky, and then trudged away from the scene. As soon as he has disappeared from my sight, I stood on my feet and walked to the place where the man was sitting until few moments ago. This time I was shocked, because the surrounding area in which the man had been sitting was a kind of hollow and the grasses in that area were brown through they should be green in this time of the year. Moreover, it was covered with the thick frost; and still more, I saw the big and innocent look baby’s eyes blinking, tearing, and telling me something that I would never be able to understand, desperately from under the frost covered earth.
