Poem
She runs everyday... in her short shorts. No one knows that is her way, to feel the cold air hit her in any way sorts. She runs until she can't go on much longer, the she runs a bit more. Once she gets farther, she falls to the floor. She runs for pleasure, to take her mind off of things. I dare you, take a picture, I'll point out what's wrong with the songs she sings. She's screaming out for help, but her cries are silent. She's all by herself, since no one knew what her songs meant. No one gives her the time of day. All of her friends are so fake. She just needs company, in anyway, but who knows? Maybe these friends were a mistake. She has this one friend though. This friend changed her life, but it took her years to finally know... her only friend uses a knife. She found out her best friend wanted to die. Her only true friend wanted to leave. Why was this? She had to know why. When her friend told her, she didn't want to believe. She did everything she could to keep her friend alive, anything she could to make her happy. She didn't want her friend to die, even if she felt crappy. She feels selfish for wanting her to only friend to stay alive for her, but she would be empty without her friend. She thought about everything that could occur... since she is not there to mend. She hides her pain from everyone, only shows it to her friend, sometimes her brother. She doesn't want anyone to see her pain, or else she'll be considered a bother. She acts like everything is fine, when really she feels like crying. She never let''s anyone see the signs that maybe... she feels like dying. She's had thoughts about leaving, thoughts about saying goodbye, no one knew she would think about disappearing, oh how nice it sounds to die. No, she can't. No, she won't. She'll just rant, even thought they don't. They never listen... never give her time to speak. If only they had listened, maybe she wouldn't be so weak.
