Poem
This morning when I woke up, I had one thing on my mind. It was you who I was thinking of, I think about you all the time. I thought about your gorgeous face, And how I loved seeing you smile. I always loved to hear you laugh, My time spent with you was worth while. I thought about your dark brown eyes, And how deep they always looked. You always stole my heart away, With your mesmerizing look. I thought about your big strong arms, And the way we use to hug. You always made me feel so good, We always liked to cuddle up. I thought about your soft black hair, And how I use to run my fingers through it. I always made you fall asleep, And you always seemed to love it! I thought about your sexy voice, And how we always would talk on the phone. I loved to hear you talk to me, Your voice always made me feel so warm. I thought about your sweet touch, You were always so gentle and kind. You always knew how to hold me, I felt so good knowing you were mine. I thought about the way you made me laugh, You always had something funny to say. I never worried about the time we spent, Because I knew they would be good days. I thought about your comforting words, That helped me when I was down. You always seemed to cheer me up, And knew how to wipe away my frowns. I thought about the times that I cried, You were right there to wipe away my tears. I knew I could depend on you, When I needed someone there. I thought about the silly things we did, And all the fun times that we had. I wish it could all be the same again, If only I could have you back. I thought about the love we shared, And how strong our relationship was. I wonder if it could ever be the same again, And if love was still meant for us. Now as I lay down to sleep, I have one last thought of you, I wonder if we could ever get back together, Because I can't stop thinking of you. 7/4/00
