Poem
On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn of both people and animals, and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the Lord. The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt. Exodus 12:12?-?13 NIV In a night when all where doing As they please came judgement Except those who covered their door With lambs blood without blemish or defect To protect their firstborn from plague To see in this time the blood of these lambs Separated the firstborn from within a house To those outside the house. Now, by the grace of Jesus poured out blood The most pure without sin to please God Has given us a way By, this blood to separate The firstborn of Adam man of flesh Unto birth of the divine promise Within these walls that only Christ Can circumcise firstborn That one might bring God a smile To bring glory to His Son And purpose that we might know Him Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. John 3:5?-?6 NIV but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. 1 Peter 1:19?-?20 NIV His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise. Galatians 4:23 NIV
