Drain, drain, drain that is the name of the game Drain drain , drain I have borne the pains and the shame A burst of laughter is spilling all over the floor And the arrrogant man is breaking down the door The swealtering heat is crawling underneath my feet pulling the hot sweat out of my flesh A sudden rush of cold air tingles from above mixing up my sweat with hot blood My adrenaline is flowing and my spirit is burning, It feels like summer mingling with winter And the harp and the violin are playing together But the latter is looking for a cold bush doctor Something mysterious is swirling about in the air but destiny has something more powerful to share And a silent whisper behind my ears Telling me that I have nothing to fear The wisdom of man is hanging on the balance As hopes watches on with real significance Joy is threading gingerly along with a confident heart singing a musical song, and patience join the long awaited bridal shower Everything is in the mix, and the spoon is twirling in the dish And I am longing to sample some escovitch fish with scotch bonnet pepper and raw escallion for as topping Just as I thought of it I heard a strange sound at on back street And people start running around in the middle of the town honking their horns, while the heaven is tumbling down on top of their head with a message to run and hide underneath their bed , And the pregnant rain cloud in the sky drifts slowly by with it's shooting guts waiting patiently for moment A shower of rain or a healthy baby with a shady lady Who knows what is underneath the dark clouds I can feel my heart burning and my spirit shaking The burses and the screws are moving about And someone is painting a mural of me and you Drain, drain somebody is calling my name, drain drain drain, I am not working in vain, drain drain I am using my brain Personalities and contrast is walking up and down the road And not one visionary can be found in the entire town The pressure on the streets is pulling the tensions in my knees The people on the corner are drinking strong rum mixed with another drink that they called bomb They get high and thir anger is rising up to the sky They talk bad, behave tough and threated to cut out the mad man`s gut while the music across the street is rumbling the people`s heartbeat. They scratch their heads they mingle with the dead and And they break the daily pledge. See them walking about the street Staring in the middle of the evening with their hearts on their sleeve holding a grudge that is deep and lifting a courage that cannot compete. They looked at me with curiosity while others laugh at me with anxiety and voice resonating from the middle of the shouted "A she a the new world order " another person laugh out loud she could barely contain the laughter, It was condescending yet entertaining, it was surprising yet yet exciting and in the middle of it all I have no clue what it was about. They looked at me in awe and smile at the corner of their jaw "You are amazing", the little man shouts "You are a miracle and that`s without a doubt" Drain drain drian you are pulling at my brain Drain, drain, drain it is going to rain I am moving towards the east because my mission is complete The sun is spilling its light on the ground And is glory is swimming everywhere in this wretched town.
