Poem
And so the darkest age had fallen they knew not the friendly from the enemy but each and everyone one of them had become the foe In dim lit rooms they tally their coin of economy and gave complaint to the price of life kevlar wrapped around their hearts and minds insanity's purchase on their sanity eyes turned to some kind of god wishing for a miracle their collection of tickets from the lottery waiting for a better time and maybe Still united in a nation in a state of alienation what ever they need is stolen from them taken for a price tag and then sold right back to them enemies thinking their enemies want to kill them still living in a nation a state of alienation Aliens on Earth each one an enemy each one the adversary of humanity sitting in a dim room counting out their coins of life's economy And still the godlike whispers to them come back to me remember back to eternity who you are cannot be written on a paper no book no law and no society only life can contain you only this life can hold you come back to me remember yourselves in eternity But in the darkest chambers never walking side by side never to realise their neighbours where their saviors living in their worlds of isolation addicted to their separation and denying all connection hidden away in their aliens on earth they are the enemy fearing the enemies And so they walk into the light casting but a shadow and what the hell do we know kevlar wrapped around their hearts and bullets in their ego insanity's purchase for their sanity all eyes turned to some kind of god wanting for a miracle but wishes are so damn fickle still united in their nation their state of alienation what ever they need is stolen from them taken for a price tag and then sold right back to them enemies thinking their enemies want to kill them still living in a nation a state of alienation
