Did you hear that mumbling 
thousands of whispers
squeakers and lispers
shouting and grumbling
Filling the spaces
all corners filled in
multitude of races
talking and talking
Noise for noise sake
moving in damp wave
jawing without a break
cradle to grave
Was anything said
of any import
words loudly read
we're talking for sport
It's a cacophony of sound
with so little to say
forever talking
on repeat and replay...
