They say the number 13 is unlucky any day,
However you may see it, misfortune’s on the way.
I beg to differ with them, for that is not my tale;
Real blessing it has for me, it oft seems to prevail.
The many times God’s blessed me in extraordinary ways
Each time it has a 13 somewhere within that day.
Enjoy the number 13? You may not like to do,
No?  I’ll take number 13 if it is not for you!
