Salt Is Bad For Your Blood Pressure

Good old fish ‘n’ chips – er, fries Salt – though, my wife sighs Yet more salt, and mushy peas Salt - hope no one sees Salt – she glares at me And mugs of Tea!

hahaha, you will pick up the seaweed at the beach! I find it tastier inside little pills from the health store (or I should say, more edible!)

Dear Jack, enjoyed your tribute to salt!!! I'm a "salt-fan" too. Just had fish and chips a few days ago and remembered "Merry Olde England"! And thank you for your kind invitation to co-write!...:) Gert

And here I thought this was a Southern tradition, Jack. Now this is a meal I would like to share with you and your wife. My blood pressure is very low and the doctor suggested I add more salt to my diet. I don't really see how that's possible as I love salt. Sea salt is now being used here because doctors say it's not as bad for your blood pressure. Love, Carolyn

I have to smile as I read this, Jack! Ask her to buy you some "Mrs. Dash"! It's salt free seasoning that taste just as salt but it is SALT FREE. So go enjoy your Fish 'n chips! yum! lol Always, Annalise
