Project 2025

There will be catastrophic damages to our great nation, if we elect the Project 2025 conservative administration.. They plan to holt all carbon emission goals and return to drilling oil and gas and coals.. Begin the largest mass deportation. Eliminate the Department of Education. Adopt the biblical definition for marriage: a man, and a woman and a baby carriage.. Those Justices who Roe vs Wade did kill, now plan to ban the abortion pill. Aiming at the "awoke agenda", to end equality and inclusion, the message they render.. Planning to criminalize p.o.r.n., which has been around way before most of us were born.. Repay there big donors that had their backs by heavily reducing their corporate tax.. Ending the three branches of gov., a long standing tradition, by placing the Department of Justice under the Executive position. All government employees will have no job protections, the end of our Republic, a very sad projection..

A powerful read Nancy. I only read about Project 2025 recently. Unfortunately these people have their acolytes this side of the Atlantic too, spreading all kinds of hatred, misogyny and misinformation at every turn. We can only hope that decent folk everywhere can work together to defeat their agenda.

Dear Ink, It's hard to write an info. poem and not very creative. I was touched by the other poet who wrote a tribute to you, so sweet. I appreciate your kind thoughts and am going to a local festival today, so not doing too bad. I just need to get my glasses adjusted again to the diminished right eye vision and pray for the best. It would be horrific! God knows what we need. I hope this is not like a test for how many if even one holy soul to save the land rather than leave us to our own devices and the demons.

Hi Duke, I am a moderate Dem. and have only lived here since 2020 but have been involved in local and national elections in this deeply dug in republican area. I do what I can do and guess every citizen should do what they can as well. Thanks for commenting and congratulations again on POTD. It was great!

HI Ilene, People do need to read it for themselves. It's 900 and some pages long and as been in the works with some goals already accomplished during Trump's last reign. God help us.
