Please
Please don't cry.
Please don't cry anymore.
In my memory I can still hear you.
I can never forget.
My heart will always hurt inside,
and on the outside,
I have been forever changed.
I did not want you,
I could not have you,
despair, despair,
I don't care,
I thought "it" was unimportant,
simple and easy,
but it was not any of those,
"it" was not "fair" at all.
The smiles on the fake men and women,
doctors that recite vows,
and nurses that pledge their oaths...
mirror the demons in my dreams, at night.
Lord forgive me,
you must hear me...
Please.
Despair, despair, I pull my hair.
The man on the cross
was a murderer.
He was hung there next to King.
He was humble, he was saved.
All I can hope for is mercy..
Grace, for the evil that I have done,
to the innocent,
Judgment that I deserve,
given hope through repentance,
in the last moments,
before heaven or hell.
I am sorry.
Please stop crying in my head,
stop pulling on my heartstrings,
stop reminding me that I was evil,
and thought only of me,
and abandoned you, aborted you, killed you...
when I should never
have let you go.
I had been blessed,
and I thew "you" away.
