"The whole world can wait …this fleeting moment is only for you and me!" (By Poet) A moment of intense anticipation! The phone rings….on the display, I see your name. CLUTCH the phone tight, do I utter a GASP ! Everything stops around me! Everyone freezes! It’s a supermarket…a girl organizing fruits, women engrossed in choosing breads, a long queue at fishmonger’s! The whole world can wait …this fleeting moment is only for you and me! lavender HUED memories GLIDE wistfully through my thoughts..INHALE the fragrance of our cherished ambrosia flowers… your tender voice serenade me to a hamlet lavishly painted with serene VINES and shrubs carving the contours of an alluring landscape, the harmonic cadence of chimes from a temple SOAR above, with melodious bulbul and koel crooning a sublime sonata, my heart flutters with lilac passions remembering the CLASP of our fervent hands, and I HOLD my breath, GRASP this moment, the way I have treasured many.. with you, and only with you.
