McCain's funeral service in over and done,
After great address by daughere the one,
With much emotion;

Mccain

McCain

We'll defeat terrorism as it should be fought
Never letting Satan's horde chase us to our door.
Safeguarding our borders and system of life
As our forefathers sacrificed before.

Never be afraid to be proud of America
And march with the brave, faithful and just.
Refusing to summit to the will of our enemies
Standing firm to preserve what we trust.

America has survived all attempts to destroy
Knowing the cruelty and sorrow of war
And we who remain must help keep her free
For those who can march no more!

Those who wish to be President
Must practice what they teach.
For their people need inspiring
To believe what they preach.

Take heed therefore, unto yourselves
You overseers of the flock
Or the voters shall cast you out
For your futures are not of rock.

Life may place us in deep waters
Though it doesn't wish us to drown.
It's our past record that lets others know
Who we are as we smile or frown.

If you wish to be remembered
From the truth you must never part.
Power corrupts the best of us
When we stop listening to our heart.

I Love Words Left Unsaid: Dedicated To American Hero John Mccain

As earnestly as I avoid comment: our hero, enemy, king -
May I avoid complaining, critiquing, tweeting, dividing!
(c)Deo.

NOTE: God be with the John McCain family.

I have prayed for President Trump, and for America, for what it's worth. Our churches have prayed our President would season his words with the words of Jesus Christ, and His compassion that overflowed to sinners. Many voters would seemingly defend all President Trump does - right and wrong - and reject Messiah should He stand there in contrast. So, our prayers are answered? When McCain's family did not invite the president to John McCain's funeral, it is a sad, but understanding insult. We pray again that the President will continue NOT tweeting about McCain or South Africa, which he can not even begin to understand. God be with us.

Premium Member An American Hero

A man of integrity
A Beacon of light,
The model of courage
That never shied from a fight.

An American Hero
With duty above all,
A lifetime well spent
Answering his country’s call.

Some called him ambitious
Others headstrong,
But one thing is clear
He knew right from wrong.

We fete his fine life
Salute him in death
And know that he fought
To his very last breath.

Said About Mccain Is Shocking and More

Said About McCain Is Shocking

Only a moron would McCain be mocking;
Over and over us shocking and shocking,
Disfigured;
Beleaguered;
Efforts to be a beloved American blocking.

And War Orphan whose
father was killed on active
duty

Macking a mockery out of McCain
is pathetic, terrible, sick, misleading
and a total embarrassment to all of
America.

Fools Feeding Trump Fire

We all have been fools for feeding Trump fire,
As his horrible flames grow higher and higher,
Building up heat;
Repeat and repeat,
And he has totally ruined America in its entire.

James Serious Mysterious Horn
Retired Veteran and Poet

What we all want Trump to do is unify,
Us against things he starts and will try;
Create a wall,
Which will fall;
While we know he still tells lie after lie.

Rip John Mccain

I didn’t vote for John McCain
And he was not elected,
But even to opponents,
He was honored and respected.

A navy pilot, captured and
Imprisoned and mistreated,
He never let his war years
Make him broken or defeated.

Most people, knowing of his past,
Consider him a hero.
For those who don’t, my own regard
Is something less than zero.

But now he’s gone and flags will fly
Half-staff until his burial
(Despite attempts to scale that back
By one quite adversarial).

Premium Member John Mccain Loses

Winter creeps forward
As I struggle to look presentable.
None of this helps.
The writing, the window, the bed,
As my bank calls me again (and again)
Requesting me to pay the overdraft
Fee they themsevles charged me
Which I can't afford
Even the draft from outside
When I open the window
To merciless New York,
This city, the nest of my worst
Nightmare--last night:

I dreamt my bedroom was speeding down a dark track
My window, glassless, a giant square hole
Where I watched my room
As it sped its way into a hellish oblivion,
Soundlessly into the night I stuck
My head out and cried:
"In the time of light
There was God."

And I awoke.

Premium Member Senator Mccain and Prayer For America

Dear Lord, look upon us graciously I humbly plea. We need you desperately in this home of the brave. Lead us from our cave of disunity in this land of the free. Contrary to what some may have thought, there are some heroes who sometimes get caught, and often don't live to tell of the battles they've fought.
We must not forget the many lessons they have taught.

Your son, The Christ, comes to mind who was captured,
unjustly accused, and tried without mercy. He was condemned and nailed to a cruel cross of pain and shame by men full of
hypocrisies and drunk with their own corruption and power.

Heroes should be defined by what they did rather than by
what was done to them, whether they fell in combat or lived to be tortured by their captors in a prison camp.
Perhaps the death of Senator McCain can draw us together. Perhaps it's time we all pause and allow our hearts to be revamped.
Perhaps it's time we still ourselves and be healed of our self-inflicted torture.

Dear Lord. Bring us to the realization that only you can restore and bring our nation together. "Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman keeps awake in vain. Psalm 127

Mccain Moved On

McCain Moved On

In America we will always articulate,
To have a hero, we can hardly wait;
McCain moved on,
And heaven gone;
For more names have an open slate.

Mccain Avoids Picayune

McCain Avoids Picayune

Picayune is squabbling of party politicians.

Part of politics McCain avoids are picayune,
And we know in heaven will be pretty soon;
Hard try;
Great guy;
Trump stayed here loony like a lousy loon.

Goodbye John McCain

Trump whole government with us did gobble;
We became poor  and around have to hobble;
All time would wane;
Goodbye John McCain,
Trump stayed fat and should see him wobble.

McCain plane engine should start to switch;
Even though in system there may be glitch;
His engines failed;
Downward sailed;
He bailed out in an effort that is last ditch.

May be many things we associate with McCain;
To go to war, he always would train and train,
Was heroic
And historic,
And in Hanoi Hilton would withstand the pain.
