Working On Forever

My body is a temple. Why can’t I be the queen? You treat me like a stranger That’s how I’ve been feelin’ There’s no communication You somehow lost the key That opens up your heart Which sets your spirit free You wonder if we’ll make it Then believe we will not We will if you keep trying And give us all you’ve got But you seem hesitant on growing You don’t want to share your life You’re not looking in the future To see me as your wife I refuse to give up so soon On something that’s so great I pray to god for extra strength Hoping it’s not too late One thing is for certain You are someone that I love Everyday I’m thankful Giving thanks to the big man up above Please never forget how much it is I love you Or how much I’ll always care If you’re ever to get lonely Know that I’m always there.
