Wide Angle Views
wide angle skies filling the windows with mosaics
moving, ever chnaging; light, dark, blue gray, yellow
signs inviting curiosity
Eyebrow, Elbow, Keller, wherever
Houses falling apart, their eyes plucked out from years of neglect,
beside new homes standing like beacons
announcing a prosperous future
The old the new shall not abide together.
Coffee rows, rows of cars at a standstill
waiting for the gossip to end
and around another bend
another invitation to see
how the other half lives
