Who Are Actually Rich
Who Is Actually Rich?
By Elton Camp
How can the wealthy be identified?
To learn who they are, I have tried
There are signs I thought would tell
Who it is that’s really doing quite well
A mansion with five thousand square feet
Only the rich can accomplish that feat
I also look at the place it’s located
Especially if in a community gated
Brand new cars bought most every year
It’s only for the very prosperous, I hear
And they don’t accept just any old sedan
It’s Lexus, Mercedes or Caddy they demand
The rich eat out at an expensive place
The counter at McDonald’s never face
But an important thing I did forget
For all that, they’re deeply in debt
It was then that an epiphany I got
I am the one rich and they are not
