When Tomorrow Comes Again
I'll be glad to wake at dawn's first light, when tomorrow comes again
to see rain wash the new day, bright, when tomorrow comes again
As the sky turns pink with a lifting sun, and stars begin to fade
I will watch the moon bereft in flight, when tomorrow comes again
I must not hesitate, with my brand new day,
I must keep it fresh with, new insight, when tomorrow comes again
With a sinking heart, if I've lost a friend, as today turns into night
I will think awhile, and will set things right, when tomorrow comes again
Tonight I'll carry harmony, where people live as one
No war, no harm, no black or white, when tomorrow comes again
