When Silence Isn'T Golden

When Silence Isn’t Golden By Elton Camp Justin is running around screaming Of silence, his harried mom’s dreaming Whenever to take a nap she does try He appears to ask “Why, why, why?” When baby sister is sleeping very well Justin then begins to shriek and yell When the time to cook supper is at hand Stop that and play with me, he’ll demand “Justin, can’t you please be quiet a while” When he’s especially putting her under trial But if he actually should be silent for a spell What he is up to there’s nobody who can tell A toddler’s silence is suspicious as can be What he is doing, you had better go and see
