What’s in a poem?
Riddles and Rhymes,
Thoughts in your mind,
Words that show,
Expression of your soul.
What’s in a poem?
Love that is happy,
Love that is sad,
Words that make you cry,
Encouragement to try,
Truth not lies. Reality.
What’s in a poem?
Everyday life and reason,
Changes of the season,
Trials and tribulations.
What’s in all my poems,
Is what’s inside of me.
