We Do God All Kinds of Ways

You get up in the morning Without God on your mind Thinking your life is in your hand And everything else is fine You go about your daily activities Not knowing that you are in bondage And your heart is in captivity You forget about God’s commandment And that old sinful life you’re living God said pray for the sick and Administer unto the poor Speak good things about me Everywhere you go Lend a helping hand wherever It is needed Be the first to do my will and Lead others to believe it You don’t know the word of prayer Until something happens in your life Now God is your all-in-all And you trying to get it right As soon as God bless, and your Tragedy has somehow passed Everything else is first in your life And now God is the last We do God all kind of ways and Think he doesn’t care We never want to listen and God’s word we never share We only want to use God When it seems to fit our style We living in a life that’s Not always Kool-Aid and smiles When God does something for us He wants something in return He only ask us to live A Holy and Christian life To be ready for the war We Christians have to fight The reason why we get away with So many things on earth Because God gave his only son He loves us just that much Let’s not do God any kind of way Let’s wake up giving him the Praise every single day Knowing that whatever arises Our God will surely take charge As long as we never forget him And keep him in our hearts
