Visions Sight
The shadowed tinges of dreams
Seem to float from present view
Yet linger in the subconscious
The images sometimes askew
A fleeting memory remains
When sun kisses morning sky
The eyes still not in focus
Yet an image refuses to die
As the warmth of your soft pillow
Still caresses your gentle cheek
A vision floats before your eyes
So vivid you dare not blink
Gone now are shadowed dreams
The night floated into your view
They may linger in the subconscious
But this vision for you remains true
