Upon a Bed of Petals
Upon a Bed of Petals
upon a bed
of petals, lay ye down
ambrosia lent
filling the senses
in pungent resistance
the unfurled rose
petals stripped in turn
a lovers gift
with heavenly soft scent
permeates the room
