Two As One

Sniffles, sneezes, lovers wheeze, their breathing shallow, sorrow now invests their meager fold; gaslight bubbles, curtains flutter, cold insinuates and takes a hold. Misery, but wait, a spark, a glimmer, and a faith unfurled, for melodies from unseen places, voices of a host of angels rise to recreate a world where hope was lost and joy extinguished. Music from a higher sphere will permeate their still-born hearts, repopulate their barren souls, give credence to that well-flung dart that makes two halves a whole.

Dear Keith - Can be said of the poet who sparks the smouldering in another. I am so grateful you are bringing your half back to soup. love, Kathy
