This Meditation
I close my eyes and breathe
while a song I never heard
flows through every part of me,
and I center myself in the universe.
While a song I never heard
stirs inside of me
I am at peace
with my time and place.
Stirs inside me,
vibrations and harmonies
with my time and place,
while the song becomes me.
Vibrations and harmonies
greet another day
while the song becomes a part of me,
this meditation of life.
