Things Will Be Great
Things Will Be Great
Some people do often sell themselves short
And forget to ask God for His support
Also stop saying their each and every prayer;
Money and fortune with others no longer share.
His life has become like a broken bottle;
Racing through life like a stuck throttle;
Is delinquent in bills and no longer cares
While pulling all of his so many loose hairs.
He is deep in despair and very despondent
While wondering where all of the time went
And incomplete is each goal he had set;
Then fools around forever and does fret.
One morning he woke up and was surprised;
Stopped being foolish and finally realized;
Why for much longer should I have to wait?
I'll accept God again and things will be great.
