The Girl and the Squirrel Nr
There was a little girl
who rode a giant squirrel.
They loved to leap and play
around the woods all day.
All through the afternoon
they'd gather nuts and soon
they'd have enough to eat
so tasty and so sweet.
His name was Macaroni.
He was faster than a pony.
They would jump across the sun;
ride a rainbow just for fun.
And when the day was over
he'd ride her through the clover
to her home around the bend
wishing their day'd never end.
