The Dance
In a world of coldest rain I dance
and forgive every circumstance
that brings me pain or confusion.
Sometimes life's an illusion.
But hold on now,the music shines
into my darkest,earth-dug mines
and singing loudly as I can
I feel this is where it began.
My heart may skip a beat or two.
The mind at times without a clue
will lead me where I cannot be
so strong in stride or even free.
Two masks I wear and never know
just when I'll soar or dip down low.
Still,I will dance on without fear.
I'll find my bliss is waiting here.
