The Cold Hours

There's too many hours in the day and I looked to you for the answers but you had no soul and there was a hole in me so all my questions went unanswered. And the night presses on in a dreary haze there was so many things I wanted to say about all the ways I'm disappearing every day. Your distant daze told me to walk away but I'm just to weak to walk away and we'll sit here and fade in millions of different ways as the light changes to a cold dead day.
