Proud stands the solitary chestnut to embrace each coming year memories cowed deep in the bark memories of yesteryear Few share the old trees secrets so few can pass that way but every step that treads her path leaves dreams of Shropshire days

I also grew up with a huge Chestnut tree in the front yard ( imortalized in poetry), nice one brings back fond memories
