Stupid Me

Yesterday I was being a miserable fool Just a few words and I was losing my cool Kept remembering how fate is cruel Fearing in my heart that I'd lost my jewel Spent half the day to myself mumbling Can almost feel my hopes and dreams crumbling My hold on life's line was fumbling Felt myself just falling and tumbling Told myself if you don't love me I'd set you free But that is not how you want it to be You said you love me, and that you can guarantee I worried myself over nothing, oh stupid me!
